Kangawear - Refund & Return Policy

Welcome to Kangawear. Because our products are custom print-on-demand items made specifically for you when you place an order, we have a unique return policy to ensure fairness for both parties.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items Your satisfaction is our top priority. If your order arrives damaged, has a printing defect, or if you received the wrong item/size/color compared to your order confirmation, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your package.

  • Our Solution: Once verified, we will arrange a replacement to be printed and shipped to you immediately at zero extra cost, or issue a full refund if you prefer. You do not need to ship the defective item back to us.

2. Buyer’s Remorse & Wrong Size Selection Because every single item is custom-printed upon order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • Change of mind or if you no longer want the item.

  • Incorrect size selection. We highly recommend reviewing our detailed Size Guide on the product page before finalizing your purchase.

3. Lost Packages For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. We will cover the costs of printing and shipping a replacement order for you, provided that the shipping address supplied at checkout was correct.

4. Incorrect Address If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our printing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
