Kangawear - Shipping Policy

At Kangawear, all of our products are made-to-order to reduce textile waste and protect the environment. We proudly print and ship our items locally within Australia to ensure the fastest delivery times possible.

1. Order Fulfillment & Processing Time

  • Production Time: Once your order is placed, it takes 2 to 5 business days to print, quality-check, and pack your custom items.

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link as soon as your package leaves our fulfillment facility.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We ship all orders via reliable local couriers (including Australia Post, Fastway, or Sendle) with full tracking numbers.

  • Standard Shipping: Flat rate of $9.95 AUD for all orders. Delivery takes 2 to 7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location (major metropolitan areas like Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Adelaide are usually faster).

  • Free Shipping: Available for all orders over $80 AUD (or $100 AUD tùy bạn chọn).

  • Please note: Delivery to regional or remote areas (WA, NT, or rural parts of QLD/SA) may take an additional 3-5 business days.

3. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you can track its journey using the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

4. Multiple Shipments If your order includes different types of products (e.g., a T-shirt and a Mug), they may be fulfilled in separate batches. In this case, you will receive separate tracking numbers, and your items may arrive at slightly different times.
